 Firas Ahmed (CCIE # 21111, VOICE CCIE, R&S CCIE)  Firas Ahmed has 10 years of extensive experience and knowledge in VOIP Networking & proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding objectives in a wide variety of Network Engineering roles. Firas has been working with AT&T US and All Stream Canada. He has been a certified instructor for Cisco Academic program and created many certified professional until today. He is the author of CISNET Voice CCIE courseware in use today and regularly updated.
